Yr Hen Felin Or The Old Mill for those who don’t speak too much Welsh, is the activity and mountain centre owned by Northampton District Scouts. Our centre is just outside the Snowdonia National park in North Wales within the landscape of the Berwyn Mountain range.
The Centre has been designed to accommodate a party of thirty, and comprises five bunk rooms, a lounge area, fully fitted catering style kitchen and dining facilities for over thirty, garden area, and toilet and shower facilities. There is a camping area to the rear of the property, which is suitable for group use over several days or for single nights during expeditions or as a base for expedition training events. The campsite has toilet and shower facilities. A drying room is also available for use by guests.
