Cynwyd Adventure Activity Packages
At Cynwyd Activity and Mountain Centre we are committed to the delivery of high quality adventure education packages for young people who are members of the Scout Association from Scout age (ten year olds) all the way through to the top of the Scout Network age (twenty five year olds). We can also offer groups of adults and families the same packages.
Accommodation for all packages can be in the main centre or smaller groups can opt to camp or use the cottage. You have the option of providing all your own catering or you can make use of our fully accredited catering service which will provide you with a cooked breakfast, packed lunch, evening meal and supper with a high tea on your last day at the centre. The activities that we offer with our packages are mountain activities, climbing activities, canoeing activities and team building activities. We can also arrange additional options such as high ropes courses or white water rafting but these two activities will be additional fees on top of our standard package prices.
For all our adventure packages participants will be split into groups of between four and seven people. These groups will work together throughout their activity package on each of the different activities. Where participants are under 18 a specific adult will work with each group throughout the duration of the package. This adult will take part in all the activities with the Group. All participants will receive their own log book for the event to take home with them.
